Troubleshooting
Business not showing on Dine or Shop
Ensure Visible on Consumer App is enabled and Show on Dine page or Show on Shop page is set as needed. Save and allow a short delay for the change to appear.
AI banner generation failed
Check your prompt is clear and within allowed length. Ensure you have sufficient quota or billing for AI usage. Try a simpler prompt or try again later.
Logo or banner not updating in Consumer App
After uploading or saving an AI banner, click Save on the Consumer App tab. The Consumer PWA may cache images; wait a few minutes or refresh.
